Hello, I am Rashun!
Rashun Faust, commonly known as Mr.CEO, is recognized as a Serial Entrepreneur, Leadership Coach, Financial Strategist, and Author. Rashun is the owner of The Navigation Firm, which is a Financial Consulting Firm that provides Tax Services, Fractional CFO services, Bookkeeping, and Consulting services.
As mentioned above, he functions as the CEO of his own company, but he also functions as the Chief Financial Officer for one of the largest nonprofits in the states. Previously functioning as the Lead Business Education Teacher and Chairman of Business Education for the Meridian Public School District. He has a deep passion for educating, empowering, and evolving current and future leaders of America. He’s been afforded the opportunity to serve an elite group of people from all walks of life.
Within his journey he has achieved many goals and accomplishments in life and is yet motivated to continue to excel. Some of those goals include his educational goals:
BS, Business Administration : Ashworth College
MBA, Accounting & Finance : St. Thomas University
He’s currently working on his Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership and Innovation at St. Thomas University as well.
He is indeed a 21st century voice that is sounding the alarm, resulting in a generation being divinely ignited and empowered. It would be robbery to not mention, God has afforded him the opportunity to serve as the Senior Pastor of an amazing church, The Movement Hub. A place where peoples’ lives are gaining movement, momentum, and mobility.
Rashun has been able to travel and speak both locally and globally, and therefore he approaches every opportunity with humility, zeal, and integrity. With the intent of making an impact toward financial wellness.

This was my 1st coaching experience, and I must say I was lost for words. I could feel the passion and energy through the computer screen. Every word spoken was divine.
